  • Job Listings: Job title, description, location, salary range, requirements, and other details you provide when posting jobs.
  • Messages: Content of messages sent through our internal messaging system.
  • Applications: Cover letters, resumes, and other materials submitted through job applications.
  • Newsletter: Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.

  • Public Profiles: Your name, bio, skills, location, and profile photo are publicly visible on the Network directory. Sensitive information (phone number, date of birth) is never shared publicly.
  • Businesses and Applicants: When you apply to a job, the business receives your application details. When a business contacts you, your message content is shared with that business.
  • Service Providers: We use third-party services including Google (Gmail API for email notifications), Replit (hosting and object storage for images), and PostgreSQL (database).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
