Chef Luca Varuni is looking for experienced pizza makers/kitchen manager for his new restaurant "Varuni Napoli" at the new Dunwoody location:

Are you interested in working at the one of the greatest pizza company in the nation?

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker with Italian style pizza (Pizza Napoletana), the position will be Maestro Pizzaiolo, Pizza Master, and is required at least 3 years in a similar concept.

Responsibilities:

✓
Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
✓
Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
✓
Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
✓
Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
✓
Work with the restaurant manager to price and change menu items.
✓
Store all food products in compliance with health and safety...
✓
Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
✓
Must have current ServSafe certification
✓
Must have a proven record of leadership, team building, effective communication and sound judgment
✓
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
✓
Must be able to work 50 to 55 hours per week

The position will have 1 week paid vacation each year, daily complimentary meal and family discount.
